Processing
The time I need to prepare an order varies. For details, see individual items. Creating and processing an order may take up to 2 weeks from order date. All custom illustrations can take at minimum 2 weeks to complete.
Shipping
Shipping times vary. Shipping details can be found on individual product pages. Typical shipping times are between 4-7 business days, this does not include processing time.
Returns & Exchanges
I do not currently accept returns or exchanges unless item is damaged or incorrect. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order or products.
